What to have ready when you call
- Roughly where the tree is: front yard, backyard, over the house, near the lines.
- What kind of tree, if you know. Pine, oak, cedar, or "big and leaning" is fine.
- What worries you: a lean, a dead top, limbs on the roof, a storm did something to it.
- Whether you want to keep the wood for firewood.
- A photo, if you can take one safely.
